Depends on how close to the edge you move. If you just let it come to the edge lots and lots of times it will build up (if you stay focused and control it).
If you let it sit on the edge and just a little over, you can let it flow slowly with both pre-cum and real cum for a long time and with more loads, but without cumming/orgasm. It´s a knifes edge and sometimes i succeed, sometimes i cannot control it and orgasm Still have years of practice ahead i hope.
